RESIDENTS on a Teignmouth estate fear they will have to face another winter of waiting for a bus in the pouring rain, cold and wind.
The old shelter at Kingsway is just a derelict frame. It gives little protection against the elements and there are concerns it could disintegrate soon.
Tracy Scranage, chairman of the residents' association, claims it has been promised a new refuge by the town council for two years, but it is still waiting.
'It is a disgrace to allow our people to stand shivering and wet waiting for a bus into town.
