DEVON and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service (DSFRS) are inviting people to join an upcoming safety event as part of its ‘Community Conversations’ programme.

The ‘Winter Safety’ event takes place virtually from 12pm to 1pm on Friday, November 7.

The free event takes place on Microsoft Teams and will start with a ten minute presentation on fire safety advice, followed by a general discussion and question and answer session.

A spokesperson for DSFRS said: ‘It doesn’t matter what your background or experience is, whether you represent an organisation or are speaking as an individual, you’re very welcome.
