DARTMOOR National Park has become the first national park in the world to have eco-homes built in it.

Eighteen new passivhaus homes have been knocked up in the picturesque village of Christow.

The Stafford Close project, led by the Christow Community Land Trust in partnership with Teignbridge Council. Teign Housing and the national park authority, has already been in the spotlight, appearing on BBC1’s Countryfile.
