Celebrate the legacy of Cornish comedian Jethro at the Babbacombe Theatre next month when renowned comedian Mike Osman brings his tribute show, "What Happened Next…" to the venue this Saturday (June 28).

Mike Osman, a close friend of the legendary Jethro, will pay homage to one of Britain’s most beloved comedians in a show that promises laughter, memories, and new surprises.

Known for his uncanny impressions—including Jethro’s own approval of his hilarious mimicry—Mike is also celebrated as the UK’s No. 1 Donald Trump impersonator, with one of his TikTok videos amassing over 16.6 million views.

In this heartfelt tribute, Mike combines Jethro's iconic jokes and captivating stories with fresh material, imagining the humour Jethro might be sharing if he were still with us today.

“There will only ever be one Jethro, loved by millions for his incredible storytelling. I’m honoured to keep his legacy alive for his fans and to introduce new audiences to his unique brand of comedy.” said Mike

Adding to the poignancy, Jethro’s partner and widow entrusted Mike with four of the comedy legend’s ties. “Wearing one of Jethro’s ties on stage feels like having him with me,” Mike added. “It’s a privilege to bring this show to life for a dear friend who I miss greatly.”

This is a night to relive your favourite Jethro moments and discover new laughs in a celebration of comedy at its finest. Whether you’ve been a lifelong fan or recently discovered Jethro’s hilarious YouTube videos, this show is for everyone who loves a good belly laugh.

Tickets for the 7.30pm show, which also features westcountry funnyman Tank Sherman as support, can be booked at www.babbacombe-theatre.com or by calling the box office on 01803 328385.
