Michael Foundly, owner Chamberlains, has launched the estate agents' fifth office with one in Teignmouth.

Graham Briggs, Chamberlains' senior valuer, will manage the office, at 7 Wellington Street.

Chamberlains claims to be the best selling agent in the TQ12, TQ13 and TQ14 areas so far this year.

'Our clients have been telling us that they want to see us add a Teignmouth office to our network and we feel that we can offer unique Teignbridge exposure to Teignmouth properties,' said Michael.

The firm has offices in Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey.

Chamberlains was established in 1998 by Angela Chamberlain.

Michael took over the business in 2007.
