THE devastated family of a 29-year-old Teignmouth man who died after being stabbed at Kingsway last week say they have lost 'a beautiful soul'.

In a moving tribute, Daniel Bury, right, was described as 'a loving and giving family man, who never expected anything in return for his humanity.'

'Daniel was a devoted father to his three beautiful children, who were the best things in his life – his whole world.

He cared for them full time while his partner Kerry was training, and they are a wonderful credit to his love and care, and have inherited his kindness and sense of fun.

'He was kind hearted, considerate and caring, and always willing to help anybody in need. He had a huge circle of friends, was loyal, and often an agony aunt to the local community.

'His home was an open house to anybody who needed support. Daniel was a humble man, who always put the needs of others first,' said the family in a statement.
