A MOTORIST escaped unhurt after her Audi overturned in a three-car collision on the Ipplepen to Marldon road today.
All three emergency services attended the crash incident just before 8am at a junction in Gropers Lane, some 400 yards off the main Totnes to Newton Abbot road.
The driver was free of the flipped-over vehicle when fire and ambulance crews arrived at the scene.
A local farmer used a front loader vehicle to move the damaged Audi off the carriageway to keep rush-hour on the ‘rat-run’ moving.
A police spokesman confirmed that no one was hurt in the accident.
Fire crews from Newton Abbot and Torquay attended the location after the 999 calls were made just after 7.45am.
