A KINGSTEINGTON man has been fined for breaching a domestic violence protection notice.
Lewis Rootham-Dennis, aged 24, of Moorhen Close, Kingsteignton, admitted he had been arrested in Torquay by police as he had breached the notice.
He was brought before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court for an application for a Domestic Violence Order.
Rootham Dennis was also fined £50.
The court commented: ‘Urgent result: domestic violence case.’
