CHILDREN’S halloween festivites are being laid on at the Teignmouth craft market tomorrow.

There will be fancy dress and pumpkin competitions, and youngsters are invited to bring their scariest costumes and most inventive pumpkins to be judged by one of the arts’ quarter artists for a cash prize on Saturday, October 29.

The organiser Tracy Scranage, the town centre development manager, said: ‘Parents please make sure that your children bring their pumpkins and scary costumes to the TAAG Building by 1pm for judging at 1.30pm.

‘The competition will add to the atmosphere of our very busy craft market.’
