The 112th Chagford Show brought town and country, old and new, together once again on Thursday last week.
The intermittent showers did little to deter the thousands who turned up, all eager to see the mix of attractions in the showrings and display tents.
As always equestrian pursuits played a central part with showjumping, carriage driving, pony showing and heavy horses attracting plenty of spectators.
