COVID cases continue to fall across Teignbridge, down by 47.5 per cent on a weekly comparison.

151 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported on February 9.

The latest Government figures show that between February 3 and 9, 1,344 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows a decrease of -47.5% compared to the previous seven days.

There was one death within 28 days of a positive test for coronavirus reported in Teignbridge on February 9.

There were 3,564 tests reported on February 8. This shows a decrease of -5.8% compared to the previous seven days.

VACCINATIONS

112,022 people in Teignbridge had been given a first dose by the end of February 8, 106,455 people had been given a second dose and 90,698 people had been given a booster or third dose by the end of the same day.
