THE iconic Teignmouth sign on the ­seawall seen by thousands of rail travellers every day has been vandalised. Only days after it was given a facelift with a new blue and white paint job, a yob smeared it in orange paint handprints. Furious councillors when told about it on Tuesday, immediately sanctioned a £200 reward to help catch the culprit.
