A village near Newton Abbot will be celebrating its 70th annual show this weekend.
The Highweek Village Show platinum jubilee takes place on Saturday (July 5) and promises fun for all the family.
Famed for its tortoise racing, Highweek also offers the traditional village show experience with a traditional produce competition, which is open to anyone not just village residents, fair games and craft stalls.
Children will be entertained by a magician, face-painting and a treasure hunt.
This year, the show returns to the gardens of village residents Mr and Mrs Simmonds at Greenend on Combeshead Road.
Doors to the show open at 2pm and entry is £1.
