THE fate of two Teignbridge hospitals facing bed closures will not be known for almost two months until after the forthcoming county council elections, it was revealed this week.South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) announced on Tuesday that it would now be 'leading discussions' with communities about the proposals which have provoked fierce opposition from supporters of threatened Ashburton and Buckfastleigh Hospital and Bovey Tracey Hospital.
