TEAM members at The Moorland Hotel near Bovey Tracey have been celebrating at the Coaching Inn Group’s Which? award win.

The consumer champion has named the chain the ‘Hotel Group of the Year’ in the large hotel chains category.

Chief Operating Officer, Adam Charity, said they had topped the category satisfaction scale with 81 per cent of guests saying they were likely to recommend the hotel to others.

‘Besides all the comforts and facilities we offer at our Moorland Hotel, this fantastic success has also to be due to the always welcoming, can-do attitude and great team spirit enjoyed by our team’ Adam said.

‘This accolade reflects the group’s commitment to delivering high-quality, experience-led stays in historic inns across the UK.

‘With more than 1,000 rooms across 36 properties.

‘Our ethos has always been to unlock the potential of locations, blending heritage and charm with modern luxury to create unique and memorable stays.

‘Our inns are rooted in local communities and designed to offer hospitality from the heart, and it’s fantastic to see that recognised by guests themselves’, added Adam.
