A MULTI-MILLION pound redevelopment of the award-winning Fermoy's Garden Centre is on the cards bringing with it the prospect of 30 new jobs.
Owners of the extensive site on the outskirts of Ipplepen have applied for planning permission to sweep away most of the outdated and inefficient structures and replace them with state of the art eco-friendly facilities.
Solar panels, which are currently ground-mounted and provide approximately 30 per cent of the centre's power, would go on to the roof.
