A MAN has been accused of sending emails when banned by a non-molestation order.

Toby Geldard, aged 46, of Hockerill Street, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, has been charged that at Teignmouth he sent the complainant emails when banned by the order made by the Family Court at Torquay and Newton Abbot.

The case was adjourned by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court to May 11 at the request of the prosecution for a caution to be administered.

The court recorded it as a domestic violence case.
