A NEWTON Abbot man accused of a burglary in Dawlish has been sent for trial at the Crown Court.
Connor Lee Sidell, aged 24, of Neville Road, has been charged that he entered a Dawlish address as a trespasser and stole a computer, two laptops, felt tip pens, a glass jar with at least £160 notes, a load of coins, a wallet, bank cards, a driving licence, autism ID card, shop cards, money, a Bowie knife, two large Kukri knives, a short sword and sheath, two spring assisted knives, a short blade camping knife, a moonwrap dryrobe, two puffer coats, several other coats, sawzall type Parkside saw, a large black military issue naval holdall, military IDs and an airgun of a value unknown and at the time of committing the burglary had with him a weapon of offence – a knife.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court remanded Sidell in custody and sent him for trial at Exeter Crown Court on May 11.
