IN?SOME 24 years of living in Bridge View, the only time I wanted to move out was when rowdy teenagers constantly made trouble outside, writes Viv Wilson.

They were more bored than bad, reflecting limited choices of amusement within their home town. Many believe that, as a town, we are failing to provide a proper platform for teenagers.
