A TEIGNMOUTH woman has been fined after driving with excess drugs.
Jeanine Hitt, 45, of Cartwright Crescent, pleaded guilty to driving at Tesco Express petrol station in Bitton Park Road on July 17, 2021, while she had above the specified limit of a controlled drug THC.
Hitt was fined £230 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and prosecution costs of £85.
She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
