THE driver of a pick-up truck has denied careless driving.

Darren Aspinall, aged 36, of Chudleigh, pleaded not guilty to driving an Isuzu pick-up truck without due care and attention at Chudleigh on October 15 last year.

South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to October 13 for a trial.
