PLANS to turn a Teignmouth boatyard into homes, industrial units and beach huts have been submitted.

Teignmouth Maritime Properties Ltd have applied to Teignbridge Council for the ‘regeneration of boatyard to provide mixed use development including nine dwellings, industrial units, offices, beach huts, boat storage and repairs and parking.’

This is at the Riverside Boatyard, Bishopsteignton Road, Teignmouth.
