At some time during Teignmouth Carnival, some moron thought it clever to leap up and rip off three of these flags, which were part of the Teignmouth in Bloom display spelling out Rainbow’s End.

If any sharp-eyed reader spots them dumped in the bushes, please would you drop them off at the Teign Heritage Centre. Thank you.
