A MAN has been arrested in Newton Abbot under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
On their Facebook page Newton Abbot Police say: ‘This week officers detained and searched a male under the misuse of drugs act as he got off a bus in Newton Abbot.
‘A quantity of suspected drugs and a knife were located.
‘The male was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and possession of a bladed article.
‘He has been bailed until June 27 whilst inquiries are ongoing.’
