POLICE have seized a RangeRover from a banned driver they caught on the A38 near Chudleigh.

On their @DC-NoExcuse Twitter account Devon and Cornwall police report they stopped the car yesterday afternoon, Tuesday.

They said: ‘#RangeRover stopped #A38 #Chudleigh - driver found to be disqualified - vehicle seized and driver reported to court #NoExcuse’

In the picture with their post they add ’No insurance, seized by police.’

The driver had been banned until July of this year.
