TEIGNMOUTH Town Mayor, Cllr Robert Phipps, has launched a Design a Rainbow Competition to help brighten everyone’s day.

Cllr Phipps says: ‘You have probably seen rainbows displayed in windows when having daily exercise and we want to bring the cheer to Bitton House by displaying entries in the windows for all to see.’

Cllr Phipps will choose a first, second and third place Rainbow and the young artists will receive a prize (£30 voucher for first, £20 voucher for second and £10 voucher for third).

The closing date is May 8. Either email designs (you can take a photo and send it in) to [email protected] or post your entry to Bitton House, Bitton Park Road, Teignmouth, TQ14 9DF.
