PASSENGERS using unlicensed taxi drivers offering cheap fares are being warned they are putting themselves at risk.
The illegal drivers have been advertising their bargain £5 fares on Facebook and have been seen picking up clubbers at Newton Abbot's Enigma nightclub.

Teignbridge Council, which issues taxi licence plates, has not received any formal complaints and urged passengers to check the validity of any taxi they use.
Unlicensed cars have been spotted offering £5 fares to take clubbers home.
The vehicles wait in the club's car park, away from the taxi rank.
