Public consultations continue over hospital closures

PUBLIC consultations over the proposed closure of two Teignbridge community hospitals in Ashburton and Bovey Tracey continue at Ashburton Town Hall today.

The South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group is holding the meetings at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm on September 20.

There is another meeting at Buckfastleigh on Thursday, September 22, at St Luke’s Church, from 6.30pm.

Further meetings will be held at Widecombe Church Hall on October 12 at 6.30pm and Newton Abbot College on October 13 at 6.30pm.

Meetings are open to all residents affected by the closures.
