THERE are long delays on the A380 heading towards Exeter this morning (Feb 11).

The north-bound carriageway road is partially blocked with one lane closed following a collision close to the Texaco petrol station at the top of Telegraph Hill.

Traffic is reported as queueing back as far as Ideford Dip.
