A LOCAL Scout group is hundreds of pounds better off thanks to the generosity displayed at an Easter egg hunt.
Bishopsteignton Scout Group have raised as much as £800 from an Easter egg hunt the group held on Saturday, April 8.

A spokesman for 1st Bishopsteignton Scout Group said: 'Thank you to everyone who came along to support our event, we hope you had a lovely afternoon.
'Special thanks go to Central Garage Bishop Ltd for sponsoring the event and Diane and Nick Shaw for providing the magnificent venue.
'We also thank the stall holders, cake makers, tombola donators and Jack's Patch, Otter Nurseries for the pebbles and wildflower seeds.
