A PERSON has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision involving a motorbike in Bovey Tracey.

Police were called to reports of the road traffic collision at around 8.25am today, Wednesday April 30, on the A382 at the Monks Way,

The collision involved a car and a motorbike.

One person has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, police have said.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: ‘Local road closures have been put in place.

‘The incident is ongoing.’

Update: The road has since reopened
