RESIDENTS whose homes overlook the Den, Teignmouth, believe Teignbridge Council is skating on thin ice over a proposed skatepark in the former children's paddling pool.

They believe it will act as a magnet to late-night rowdyism and say they are already suffering sleepless nights because of anti-social behaviour in the children's play park on the Den.
