Teignbridge's motorists will have 12 road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing a holdup of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
And a further 11 closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A30, from 8pm August 14 to 6am August 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Wobbly Wheel junction, Kennford (A379) entry slip road closure and convoy working for resurfacing, diversion via B3213, minor roads through Marsh Barton and A377 to A30 Alphington junction.
• A38, from 8pm August 14 to 6am August 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Linhay entry slip road closure for sweeping, diversion via A38 westbound to Peartree junction, No access to/from Alston Cross junction.
• A30, from 9pm August 14 to 6am August 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Kennford entry slip road closure for resurfacing, diversion via A38 and A30 to Alphington and return.
• A30, from 8pm August 15 to 6am August 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Alphington, junction Exeter carriageway closure between exit and entry slip roads for resurfacing, diversion via exit and entry slip roads for motorway traffic, diversion via A377, minor roads through Marsh Barton, B3213 and A379 for A38 traffic.
• A30, from 8pm August 15 to 6am August 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, M5, junction 31 to Wobbly Wheel, junction Kennford carriageway closure for resurfacing, diversion via A377 from Alphington, junction on the A30, minor roads to Matford and A379.
• A30, from 8pm August 16 to 6am August 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Wobbly Wheel junction, Kennford (A379) entry slip road closure and convoy working for resurfacing, diversion via B3213, minor roads through Marsh Barton and A377 to A30 Alphington junction.
• A38, from 9.30pm August 16 to 6am August 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Ashburton, Linhay, junction exit slip road closure for road markings, diversion via A38 eastbound to Goodstone and return.
• A38, from 8pm August 17 to 6am August 18, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Drumbridges lane closure for surveys.
• A38, from 8pm August 18 to 6am August 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Chudleigh to Harcombe, lane closure for barrier repairs.
• A38, from 9pm August 21 to 6am August 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Haldon Hill lane closure for Openreach works.
• A30, from 9pm August 24 to 5am August 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Cheriton exit slip road closure for electrical works, diversion eastbound to Fingle Glen and return.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
