AS of today, Tuesday, May 16, a Dartmoor town's library is back in business.

Moretonhampstead Library has been closed for several weeks due to flood damage sustained in late March.

And while the Fore Street premise remains closed, staff at the library have set up a 'Pop-Up Library' at the Parish Hall, which opens today at 10am.

A spokesman for Moretonhampstead Library said: 'Come along and support us, even if you've never used the library before, browse and borrow and - whilst we're in 'pop up mode' - order books for free from any Devon library to collect from us.

'We can't wait to see everyone again.'

The pop-up library will be open from 10am to 12pm on Tuesdays, 3pm to 5pm on Wednesdays and 10am to 12pm on Saturdays.
