FIVE top chefs have contributed their favourite recipes to a new cookbook published by the Teignmouth station of the The National Coastwatch Institution, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year.

The dishes will be included with many other recipes donated by members of the body that keeps an eagle eye on the sea and shoreline from their Eastcliff base.
