AROUND a dozen caravans have encamped at Osbourne Park.
It comes after travellers encamped at Sandringham Park last month.
It is the responsibility of the district authority to serve an eviction notice as needed.
This latest encampment at one of Newton Abbot’s many parks sprung up on Friday, May 2.
Teignbridge District Council are aware of the encampment, the Mid-Devon Advertiser understands.
