POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in Dawlish.

The incident occurred on Elm Grove Road between 3.45pm and 4.15pm on Monday, March 2.

A spokesperson for the Coastal Teignbridge Policing Team said: ‘We are particularly interested to identify a black or dark coloured Audi that was involved.

‘If you saw this or have captured any footage of the incident please contact us as soon as possible’.
