A WOMAN escaped with minor back injuries today after an Audi car was in collision with a Volvo lorry on the A38 at Kennford.

This morning’s rush-hour accident happened on the Exeter-bound carriageway, causing major congestion on both main roads.

Police and paramedics dealt with the incident which happened just after 8am.
