FIT2RUN member Becky Abbott completed the Jurassic Coast 10k held in Budleigh Salterton, on Saturday, May 2.
Earning a PB and beating her time from last year, Becky finished in an impressive one hour and two minutes.
After starting on the seafront, the course joins the footpath heading north along the mouth of River Otter before crossing this and joining the South West Coast Path.
The undulating coast path is followed until a steep downhill section past Brandy Head (about 5.5km into the run), where you then turn left to make your way through country lanes and paths to Clamour Bridge to cross the River Otter and finish the remainder of the run.
It is a very well organised event and one that Becky would highly recommend.
The same day, three new members of Fit2Run, Phoebe Rowland, Jayne Campbell-Moseley and Becky Matthews, completed their first ever Parkrun at Teignmouth, supported by coach Mandi Robson.
