Tucker took over in goal.Jaime Dodge came on at the start of the second half for Steve Procter as the visitors reverted to three at the back – Boyer, captain Lee Willis and Dodge. With the advantage of the slope, it was the visitors' turn to peg their opponents back. Jamie Bowen forced a good save from the home keeper in the 48th minute and two minutes later Webber pulled a goal back with a well struck volley.Watcombe restored their two-goal cushion when Finch outpaced Willis into the box. Willis clipped Watcombe centre forward and a penalty was awarded, Summerfield converting the spot kick.Ten minutes later, Tucker gave away another penalty for a reckless challenge, but redeemed himself with a good save to keep Teigns in the match. However, Tucker then saw red in the 72nd minute, bringing down a Watcombe forward with a last-ditch challenge.Perriton donned the keeper's gloves as Teigns were reduced to nine men.Gareth Parsons came off the bench to join Bowen upfront, with Gav Breslan coming off.Teigns took the game to Watcombe, with Lee Haywood setting attacks going from midfield but he couldn't unlock the home defence.Boyer hit a 25-yard drive that fizzed past the upright, but Watcombe counter-attacked up the hill, using their two-man advantage to have the visitors chasing shadows. With ten minutes remaining Watcombe's Barton was shown a second yellow card and went off for an early shower.Jamie Surman came on for Bowen with eight minutes left to give Teigns a target in attack but it was too little too late and Watcombe added a fourth goal in stoppage time when Summerfield beat a gallant Perriton with a low shot.Teigns contributed to their own downfall, but Watcombe gave them a lesson in quick attacking football to progress to the semi-finals.Teignmouth Reserves have no game tomorrow.
