AMERICAN President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un were just a few of the people celebrating Boxing Day in Shaldon.

Hundreds of colourful runners donning an array of fancy dress outfits descended on the village for the annual three-legged run.

The brave participants were out in force despite the blustery conditions and headed off from The Ness just after midday to complete the course, involving visits to the local hostelries, before crossing the finishing

line on the King George V playing fields.
