Green-fingered Buckfastleigh residents celebrated their successes in this year’s South West in Bloom, including a coveted ‘Pennant’ silver gilt award for the whole town.

The awards were celebrated at an evening in the Kings Arms. South West in Bloom judges Graham Price and Paul Collier were on hand to present the certificates, with the evening presided over by Buckfastleigh’s own John Goulden, himself a judge.
