AN animal rescue charity has described its first time at the Devon County Show as a 'great experience'.

ELM Wildlife, an animal rescue charity based in Newton Abbot, made the trip to Westpoint Arena for this year's show, and were greeted by many a reveller interested in learning more about the charity.

The show wrapped up on Saturday, May 20, and when all was said and done ELM Wildlife described the experience as 'great'.

A spokesman for ELM Wildlife said: 'We couldn’t have pulled it off without the hard work and dedication from our amazing volunteers. Special thanks to Rick, Jacky, Emma, Gayle, Julie, Bekki, Hev, Sue, Jan and Andrea for all your help!

'Thank you to Aaron for designing our new information leaflets and Wotton Printers for printing then so quickly.

'Also thanks to Bayside Graphics for sponsoring our pull up banners, we think they look great!'
