MORE than a dozen 'flashing' crimes have been committed across Teignbridge in the last six months, police have revealed.
They say the above average spate of exposures has caused much 'alarm and distress' to victims throughout the local authority area.
The latest incident happened at Trago Mills on Tuesday when a man exposed himself on the platform of the superstore's miniature railway.
But victims of the sex pest were able to give officers a detailed description of the offender who was in his late 30s, about 5ft 9ins tall and wearing a ring in his left ear. He had receding grey hair and a tell-tale scar on his left hand.
