Staying dry overnight, although a little cloudier than recently. Clearer spells at times allowing patchy mist and fog to develop, mainly in the east. Temperatures at or just below freezing with a frost developing by Friday morning. Minimum temperature -2 °C.

Friday:

Fog patches clearing quickly, with some sunny spells through the morning. Cloudier into the afternoon with outbreaks of light rain and drizzle, mainly in the west. Breezy at northern coasts. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Becoming increasingly cloudy over the weekend with perhaps a few spots of rain and drizzle, but some brighter spells at times. Turning gradually milder with a reducing likelihood of frosts.
