THIS Saturday, August 5, the Teignmouth branch of the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) is hosting an open day, and you're invited.
From 10am until 4pm volunteers at Teignmouth Lifeboat Station will be on hand to meet and greet passersby.
There will be stalls, drinks, home-made cakes and a live demonstration on Teignmouth back beach at 3pm.
