Local residents are being invited to have their say on the refresh of Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust’s strategy.

The Trust is asking people across it’s Torbay and South Devon coverage area to help shape its future by taking part in a short on-line survey.

Joe Teape, chief executive, said: “Following the launch of the ten-year health plan for England earlier this year, we are in the process of refreshing our organisational strategy.

“We have already made great strides—integrating health and social care, investing in digital innovation, and building stronger community partnerships. But we know there iss more to do.

“We want our strategy to be shaped by the people we serve and the people who deliver care every day. Whether you’ve used our services, work alongside us, or live in the area, please take a few minutes to share your views.

“This survey is a chance for peoplw to tell us what matters to them, what needs to change, and how we can work together to build a brighter future for everyone in the South Devon and Torbay area.

The engagement survey runs up until midnight on September 7 2025. It asks local people to share what matters most to them, what they think the organisation should focus on and how services can be improved to better meet the needs of both local people and communities.
