LOST! This poor little parakeet has been confused by the great Christmas rush and landed in remote Hennock.

One kindly villager managed to catch the disorientated chap with a pond net just after 10am today.

‘At the moment we are keeping it under a laundry basket. We are hoping to get a cage for it - unless it is claimed first,’ said the custodian.
