MID Devon Cycling Club are hosting a Limitless Festival of Cycling at Torbay Velopark on April 18.

This will provide a chance for disabled people to try cycling in a welcoming and supportive environment in the closed road circuit facility.

Free adaptive bikes and hand cycles, as well as equipment will be on offer for people to try, some for the first time, as the club looks to enable more disabled people to experience the joy of cycling.

MP Steve Darling is set to attend and will be riding a tandem bike throughout to experience for himself the power that cycling can have on the health and wellbeing of disabled people and the important work that clubs like Mid Devon CC are doing for the community.

Limitless is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme, providing opportunities for disabled people, regardless of their age, impairment and ability.

Mid Devon CC are one of the newest Limitless Focus clubs, which have access to grant funding to support projects that actively break down barriers and increase participation for disabled people.
