A Teignmouth estate agent has struck a magical deal with Father Christmas during December and agreed to act as his special Christmas list delivery service.

Children eager to send their Christmas lists to Santa can now post them in a special letterbox outside the Teignmouth branch of Dart & Partners in The Triangle.

There’s added festive magic because Father Christmas has promised to take the time to personally reply to all letters that include a return address if they are posted before Monday December 22.

Replies should arrive by Christmas Eve.

Letter can be posted during Dart & Partners usual opening hours.
